Salon Etiquette
Should I make a reservation for my treatment?
Yes we will endeavour to accomodate you within the next two days. In return
ensure to notify the Salon 24hrs in advance if cancellation is necessitated or a
50% charge will be incurred.
What should I wear ?
Wear whatever is comfortable. During treatment our therapists are trained to
drape you appropriately for privacy.
Should men shave before a facial ?
Yes, we recommend that men shave a few hours before their facial.
May I request a specific therapist ?
Yes, however we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist.
All our therapists are trained to ensure your comfort at all times.
