Yoga
Anyes teaches soft Satchidananda and Sivananda Hatha Yoga with a few touches of challenging Iyengar style.
Emphasis on the breath is carried through meditation, stretches, postures and relaxation. The level of classes cater for the beginner, intermediate or advanced student, with classes scheduled at various times of the day and week, all year round.
Pre and post natal classes are also offered
Many
people are drawn to Yoga as a way to keep their body fit and supple.
Others come to ease stress or backache. Some are merely impelled by
a sense that they are not getting as much out of life as they could
be. Whatever your reason, Yoga can be a tool. In time, anyone who
continues with regular practice will become more aware of a subtle
change in their approach to life - for through persistent toning and
relaxing the body and stilling the mind, one becomes to glimpse the
state of inner peace our true nature intended.
