Yoga for Children
Available for children to learn how to be calm and mindful, to increase concentration, to raise self confidence and self esteem and to improve strength and flexibility.
Within a fully equipped studio the session covers the yogic principles of Asanas or postures, Pranayama or breathing exercises as well as Relaxation structured with a playful approach.
A friendly, fun and comprehensive approach to Yoga for children aged 6 to 12 years old increasing flexibility, learning relaxation and breathing exercises to calm the mind. At Twilight Dreams, fully equipped studio and within school terms.
Childrens Yoga classes are also available on demand at our studio or at local schools.
